  • Every organization, whether a startup, growth-phase business, mature corporation or non-profit needs a Business Plan to achieve both its short term and long term goals and a well thought out and carefully structured business plan is the key to the long-term success.  Without a plan, a business is likely to drift along without direction or a means for measuring progress.
